*🍀 33, 34 . సంశయము - సామాన్య మానవుల మనస్సు ఇంద్రియముల ద్వారమున బాహ్య ప్రపంచమందు లగ్నమై యుండును. ప్రపంచము ఎప్పటికప్పుడు మారుచుండును గనుక, ప్రపంచమున మార్పు సహజము గనుక దాని ప్రభావము మనస్సుపై నిరంతర ముండుటచే మనస్సు అహర్నిశలు చంచలమై యుండును. యోగమునకు అచంచలమగు మనస్సు ప్రధానము. చంచలమగు మనస్సుతో అచంచలము అగు మనస్సును ఎట్లు నిర్మించుట జరుగును అన్నది అర్జునుని మొదటి ప్రశ్న. రెండవ ప్రశ్న మనస్సు కలుగజేయు సంక్షోభము. కావుననే యోగాభ్యాసము ఆవశ్యకమై నిలచినది. 🍀*

ఓ మధుసూదనా! ఏ యోగమునైతే నీవు సామ్యముగా తెలిపితివో ఆ స్థిరమగు యోగమును మనస్సాంచల్యము చేత నేను తెలుసుకొనజాలకున్నాను. ఓ కృష్ణా! మనసు చాల చంచలమైనది. సంక్షోభములను కలుగజేయుచు నుండును. స్వభావవశమున దాని బలము దాని కున్నది. దానిని నిగ్రహించుట, అచంచలముగ నేర్పరచుట గాలిని పిడికిలిలో పట్టియుంచుటవలె చాల కష్టమని నా కనిపించు చున్నది.
పై రెండు శ్లోకములలో అర్జునుడు నరజాతి ప్రతినిధివలె పరిప్రశ్నము చేసెను. అతడు నరుడు. శ్రీకృష్ణుడు నారాయణుడు. నారాయణునకు ఆత్మవశమున బుద్ధి, బుద్ధివశమున చిత్తము యుండును. కనుక అతడు స్వామి. అది అతని సహజస్థితి. అట్లే నరుల సహజస్థితి చంచలమగు మనస్సున కధీనులై యుండుట.
సామాన్య మానవుల మనస్సు ఇంద్రియముల ద్వారమున బాహ్య ప్రపంచమందు లగ్నమై యుండును. ప్రపంచము ఎప్పటికప్పుడు మారుచుండును గనుక, ప్రపంచమున మార్పు సహజము గనుక దాని ప్రభావము మనస్సుపై నిరంతర ముండుటచే మనస్సు అహర్నిశలు చంచలమై యుండును. యోగమునకు అచంచలమగు మనస్సు ప్రధానము.
చంచలమగు మనస్సుతో అచంచలము అగు మనస్సును ఎట్లు నిర్మించుట జరుగును అన్నది అర్జునుని మొదటి ప్రశ్న. రెండవ ప్రశ్న మనస్సు కలుగజేయు సంక్షోభము. సన్నిశేముల యందు మనస్సు సంక్షోభము కలుగజేయును. ఆ సంక్షోభము నుండి బయల్పడుటెట్లు? అంతియే గాక అభ్యాసవశము చేత మనస్సెప్పుడు పరుగిడుతునే యుండును. దేహాంద్రియాదులను క్షోభ పెట్టును. బలము గలదై ఆంబోతు వలె ప్రవర్తించును.
మనో వేగమును మించిన వేగము లేదు. భావముల పరుగు ఇంతింత అని తెలుపలేము. పట్టశక్యము కాని విధముగ అది చిందులు వేయును. దానిని పట్టుట సాధ్యమా? లేడిని, కుందేలును పట్ట వచ్చును. చురుకైన జంతువును పట్టవచ్చును. పట్టశక్యము కాని మనస్సును పట్టుటెట్లు? పట్టినను, గాలి మూటకట్టినట్లు ఉండును గాని, పట్టు చిక్కదు. కావున శ్రీకృష్ణుడు తెలిపిన యోగము దుష్కరమేగాక అతి దుష్కరమని అర్జునుడు నిశ్చయముగ పలికినాడు. అర్జునుని ఈ ప్రశ్న యోగసాధకు లందరికి వింతయైన విషయమే. కావుననే యోగాభ్యాసము ఆవశ్యకమై నిలచినది.

*🌻. ఇంద్ర మన్మథ సంవాదము - 3 🌻*
ఒకప్పుడు దేవతలందరు వానితో యథాశక్తిగా యుద్ధమును చేసిరి. వారి అందరి ఆయుధములు ఆతనియందు వ్యర్థమైనవి (32). వరుణుని పాశము భగ్నమయ్యెను. విష్ణువు సుదర్శన చక్రమును ఆతనిపై ప్రయోగించగా, అది మొక్కవోయి ఆతని కంఠములో పడెను (33). మహాయోగీశ్వరుడగు శంభుని కుమారుని చేతిలో ఈ దుష్టుడు మరణించునని బ్రహ్మ చెప్పెను (34). ఓ మిత్ర శ్రేష్ఠమా! కావును నీవీ పనిని గొప్ప ప్రయత్నమును చేసి సాధించవలెను. ఈ కార్యము సిద్ధించినచో, దేవతలకు మహా సుఖము కలుగును (35).
సర్వలోకములకు సుఖము నీయగలిగే ఈ కర్మను ఆ కారణము చేతనే నేను తప్పక చేయదగియున్నది. నీవు స్నేహ ధర్మమును మనసునందిడుకొని ఇపుడీ పనిని చేయదగుదువు (36). ఆ శంభుడు హిమవత్పర్వతము నందు గొప్ప తపస్సును చేయుచున్నాడు. ఆ ప్రభుడు కామమునకు వశుడు కాడు. ఆయన స్వతంత్రుడగు పరమేశ్వరుడు (37). ఓ కామదేవా! తండ్రి ఆజ్ఞచే పార్వతి తన సఖురాండ్రతో గూడి శివుని సమీపమునందుండి ఆయనను సేవించుచున్నదని నేను వినియుంటిని (38). జితేంద్రియుడగు శివునకు ఆమె యందు గొప్ప ప్రేమ కలుగునట్లు నీవు చేయవలెను. మన్మథా! నీవీ కార్యమును తప్పక సఫలము చేయవలెను (39).
నీవీ కార్యమును చేసి కృతార్థుడవు కమ్ము. దుఃఖమంతయూ నశించగలదు. నీ ప్రతాపము లోకమునందు చిరస్థాయిగా నుండగలదు. దీనికి భిన్నముగా జరిగే అవకాశము లేదు (40).
బ్రహ్మ ఇట్లు పలికెను-
ఇంద్రుడిట్లు పలుకగా, వికసించిన పద్మము వంటి ముఖము గల మన్మథుడు ఇంద్రునితో 'ఈ పనిని నిస్సందేహముగా చేసెదను' అని ప్రేమతో పలికెను (41). శివమాయచే విమోహితుడై ఆ మన్మథుడు ఇంద్రునితో నిట్లు పలికి, తన అంగీకారమును తెలిపి వెంటనే ఆయన వద్ద సెలవు తీసుకొనెను (42). ఆతడు భార్యతో వసంతునితో గూడి ఆనందముతో యోగీశ్వరుడగు శివుడు స్వయముగా గొప్ప తపస్సును చేయుచున్న స్థానమునకు వెళ్లెను (43).
శ్రీ శివ మహాపురాణములోని రుద్ర సంహితయందు పార్వతీ ఖండలో ఇంద్రమన్మథ సంవాద వర్ణనమనే పదిహేడవ అధ్యాయము ముగిసినది (17).

531. There has been a great deal of misunderstanding about those words, “the Hall of Learning”. They are used also in The Voice of the Silence. The three halls mentioned there may be taken in more than one way, as I have already explained.
532. 533. Mabel Collins, who wrote down Light on the Path, took the hall of learning in a very literal sense as an actual building. She speaks of having astrally entered this building and seen some of these precepts written there in golden letters on the wall. She may be perfectly right in making this statement.
This experience may belong to the particular method by which she was taught, and those who taught her may have had such a temple. I do not know whether that is so; I can only say that I have never seen it. But it is quite obvious that much of what is said here about the hall of learning clearly refers to the astral plane, where the aspirant at first learns most of his lessons.
Few men have yet developed the astral body fully; most are still learning how to use it; therefore a great deal of work is being done at that level. Men are also gradually developing the mental body, but are not yet able to use that as a vehicle even after death.
Anyone who has developed the faculties of the mental body and can look at dead people, finds them each shut up in a shell of his own thought, with certain avenues open from that shell – but only a very few, and only to a very limited degree.
The dead man lives in that shell, and not in the mental world at all. That is why he is perfectly happy with his very limited ideas. Undoubtedly his capacity for bliss would be far greater if he had the whole mental plane at his disposal and had developed the faculties which would enable him to function fully on it. As it is, he is in the midst of it all, but because of his limitations he can touch only a small amount of what might otherwise be attained.

🌻. యుక్తాయుక్త విచక్షణ 🌻
సహజమైన భగవద్ధత్తమైన ఆనందిస్థితిని నిలుపుకోవటానికి మనకు కావలసినది వివేకము. అనగా యుక్తాయుక్త విచక్షణ. దీనినే బుద్ధి అంటారు.
నీ మనస్సు 'నా' యందు నిలుపు. నీ బుద్ధిని 'నా' యందు ప్రవేశింపజేయి. అప్పుడు నిస్సందేహముగా 'నా' యందే నిలిచిఉంటావు అని భగవద్గీతలో చెప్పాడు స్వామి. ఇక్కడ 'నా' యందు అనగా ఆయన యందు అని అర్థం కాదు. 'నేను' అనగా అంతర్యామియైన వెలుగు.
ఆ విధంగా అంతర్యామి యందు మనస్సు, బుద్ధి నిలిచి ఉన్నప్పుడున్న స్థితినే ఆనందము అంటారు.
ఆనందము కన్నా భిన్నమైన వానిని తొలగించినపుడు మిగిలేది ఆనందమే. ఇదే ప్రతి ఒక్కరు చేయవలసిన సాధన. ఈ సాధనను సులభతరం చేసేవి సహజీవనము, సేవ.
సేవాధర్మాన్ని అనుసరించినపుడు మనలో ఆనందస్థితికి అడ్డుతగిలే పొరలన్నీ క్రమంగా తొలగిపోతాయి. ఈ విధానాన్ని మనకు ఆచరణ పూర్వకంగా మనకు బోధించేవారే మాస్టర్స్ లేక పరమగురువులు అంటారు.
అటువంటి వారిలో మాస్టర్ సి.వి.వి. గారు ఒకరు. వీరు నిత్యజీవితంలో మన కర్తవ్యపాలనము చేస్తూనే అమరత్వసిద్ధిని పొందే సులువైన మార్గాన్ని అందించారు. నిజానికిది సనాతనమైన మార్గమే.
రోగార్తులైన వారి ఆర్తి పోగొట్టి యోగమార్గాన్ని అందించడమనేది వీరి పద్ధతి. వారి సహజీవన మార్గాన్ని అనుష్టించడానికి సాధన అవసరము.
దీనికి అందరనీ ఉన్ముఖము చేయడం కోసమే 'గురుపూజలు'......

These are the real robbers: doubt, suspicion, fear. They destroy your very possibility of celebration. So while on earth, celebrate the earth.
While this moment lasts, enjoy it to the very core. Because of fear we miss many things. Because of fear we cannot love, or even if we love it is always half-hearted, it is always so-so. It is always up to a certain extent and not beyond that. We always come to a point beyond which we are afraid, so we get stuck there. We cannot move deeply in friendship because of fear. We cannot pray deeply because of fear.
Be conscious but never be cautious. The distinction is very subtle. Consciousness is not rooted in fear. Caution is rooted in fear. One is cautious so that one might never go wrong, but then one cannot go very far.
The very fear will not allow you to investigate new lifestyles, new channels for your energy, new directions, new lands. You will always tread the same path again and again, shuttling backward and forward-- like a freight train!
