🌷. తాత్పర్యం :
*ఆత్మ ఛేదింప బడనటు వంటి మరియు కరుగునటువంటిది. దహింపజేయుటకు గాని, శోషింపజేయుటకు గాని అది వీలుకానటువంటిది. అది నిత్యమును, సర్వత్రా వ్యాపితమును, మార్పురహితమును, అచలమును, సనాతనము అయియున్నది.*
🌷. భాష్యము :
ఆత్మ యొక్క ఈ లక్షణములన్నియు దానిని పరమపురుషుని నిత్యమైన అంశగా నిరూపించుచున్నవి. అది ఎటువంటి మార్పు లేకుండా తన అణుస్థితి యందే సదా నిలిచియుండును. ఐక్యము నొందుట యనునది ఆత్మ విషయమున ఊహింపరానిదైనందున మాయావాద సిద్ధాంతము దానికి సరిపోదు.
భౌతికసంపర్కము నుండి ముక్తినొందిన పిమ్మట అది భగవానుని తేజోమయ కిరణములలో ఒక ఆధ్యాత్మిక కణముగా నిలువగోరవచ్చును. కాని బుద్ధిమంతులైన జీవులు మాత్రము భగవానుని సాహచార్యమును పొందుటకై ఆధ్యాత్మికలోకములందు ప్రవేశింతురు.
జీవులు భగవానుని సృష్టియందంతటను నిలిచియున్న విషయము నిస్సందేహము కనుక “సర్వగత” అను పదమునకు ఇచ్చట ప్రాముఖ్యము కలిగినది.
అనగాఅనగా వారు భూమిపైనను, జలమునందు, వాయువునందును, భూమి అడుగుభాగామునను, చివరికి అగ్ని యందును జీవించుచున్నారు. ఆత్మ అగ్నిచే దగ్ధము కాదనెడి విషయము ఇచ్చట స్పష్టముగా తెలుపబడినందున అగ్నిలో వారు దగ్ధమై పోదురనెడి నమ్మకమును నిరాకారింపవచ్చును.
కావున సూర్య మండలమున కూడా జీవులు అట్టి లోకమునకు తగిన దేహములతో జీవించుచున్నరనుటలో ఎట్టి సందేహము లేదు. సూర్యమండలము జీవరహితమైన సర్వగతమనెడి పదము అర్థరహితము కాగలదు.

🌻 Translation :
*This individual soul is unbreakable and insoluble, and can be neither burned nor dried. He is everlasting, present everywhere, unchangeable, immovable and eternally the same.*
🌻 Purport :
All these qualifications of the atomic soul definitely prove that the individual soul is eternally the atomic particle of the spirit whole, and he remains the same atom eternally, without change.
The theory of monism is very difficult to apply in this case, because the individual soul is never expected to become one homogeneously. After liberation from material contamination, the atomic soul may prefer to remain as a spiritual spark in the effulgent rays of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, but the intelligent souls enter into the spiritual planets to associate with the Personality of Godhead.
The word sarva-gata (“all-pervading”) is significant because there is no doubt that living entities are all over God’s creation. They live on the land, in the water, in the air, within the earth and even within fire.
The belief that they are sterilized in fire is not acceptable, because it is clearly stated here that the soul cannot be burned by fire. Therefore, there is no doubt that there are living entities also in the sun planet with suitable bodies to live there. If the sun globe is uninhabited, then the word sarva-gata – “living everywhere” – becomes meaningless.

When one is purified by intelligence, he keeps himself in the mode of goodness. Thus one becomes the controller of the mind and is always in trance. He is not attached to the objects of sense gratification, and he is free from attachment and hatred in his activities.
Such a detached person naturally prefers to live in a secluded place, he does not eat more than what he requires, and he controls the activities of his body and mind. He has no false ego because he does not accept the body as himself. Nor has he a desire to make the body fat and strong by accepting so many material things.

The philosophy of Swami Sivananda is not any secret way capable of being trodden only by a select few. It is an all-inclusive method which comprises all existent means of communion with Reality.
It is really the Vedanta applied to all aspects of life in order to live one’s life at its highest and best. It is the system of the perfect life, the rule of wisdom and the law of liberty. It is not a speculative system reserved for intellectual pleasantry during leisure hours, but is the food of the higher understanding and the light of the innermost Self of man.
The Vedanta is as simple as life is; and also it is as complex as life is! Every citizen of the world can be taught this philosophy, provided the teacher knows well what it truly means and how it can be applied in practice to the different stages of life and to different individuals.
It is ignorance and wrong understanding that make certain people think that the philosophy of the Atman or Brahman is an otherworldly theory concerning only a life which follows death.

సంకల్పబలము వేరు, మొండితనము వేరు. మొండితనము మూర్ఖము. అది అజ్ఞానముతో కూడియుండును. యిట్టివారు, తమ మొండితనము కారణముగ జీవితమున బరువు పెంచుకొందురు. మొండి గుఱ్ఱమును రౌతు ఎట్లు విసర్జించునో, మొండి వానిని సత్కర్మ విసర్జించును. మొండితనము గలవారు, ప్రజ్ఞా కేంద్రమునకు పక్ష వాతము కలిగింతురు.
పట్టు, విడుపులు గలవారే జీవన ప్రవాహమున తేలియాడువారు. మూర్ఖత వినాశకారణమై జీవుని పతనము కావింతురు. మొండితనము, మూర్ఖత, కరుడు గట్టిన అహంకారము- ఈ మూడింటిని ప్రతివారు విమర్శించుకొని, వీనిని విడచి సంకల్ప బలమున స్థిరపడుట ఉత్తమము. మొండివారు ఎంతో దూరము ప్రయాణము చేయలేరు.
కారణమేమనగా వారి మొండితనము అపాయ కారణములను సృష్టించుచుండును. వాటిని ఎదుర్కొనుటలో మొండివారు అలసి సొలసి పోవుదురు. ఇంతలో శరీరము కృశించి నశింతురే కాని మొండితనము వదలదు. మొండితనమున ప్రవేశించిన వారిని, ఆ మొండితనమే మొసలియై పట్టును.

*🍀. ధ్యానమంటే ఒక ఆలోచనారహిత నిశ్శబ్దస్థితి. ఏదీ ఆందోళన కలిగించని ఆ నిశ్శబ్ద స్థితి, ఏదీ ఆటంకపరచని ఆ నిర్మల స్థితి అనంత అస్తిత్వాన్ని అనుభూతి చెందుతుంది. అనంత విశ్వానికది అవగతమవుతుంది. 🍀*
ధ్యానం లేని ప్రార్థన సరయింది కాదు. ఎందుకంటే అది నమ్మకాల మీద ఆధార పడిన ప్రార్ధన. నీకు తెలియని దేవుణ్ణి నువ్వు నమ్మాలి. నీకు తెలియని దేవుణ్ణి నువ్వెట్లా నమ్ముతావు. నువ్వు యితర్లని మోసగిస్తావు. నిన్ను నువ్వు మోసగించు కుంటావు. ప్రార్థన అన్నది నమ్మకానికి ఆధారంగా వుండ కూడదు. అది ప్రాథమికంగా నిజాయితీ లేనిది. ప్రార్థనే నిజాయితీ లేనిదయితే యిక జీవితంలో నిజాయితీ ఎక్కడుంటుంది?
ప్రపంచంలో లక్షల మంది జనాలు ధ్యానమంటే ఏమిటో తెలీకుండా ప్రార్థిస్తున్నారు. వాళ్ళు ప్లాస్టిక్ పూలు పట్టుకుని అవి నిజమైన పూలు అనుకుంటున్నారు. జీవితమంతా ప్రార్థిస్తూనే వుంటారు. కానీ నిజమైన ప్రార్థనకు చెందిన పరిమళాల్ని వాళ్ళు కోల్పోయారు. వాళ్ళ జీవితంలో కావలసినంత ఈర్ష్య, అసూయ, ద్వేషం, దౌర్జన్యం పుష్కలంగా వుంటాయి. నా పరిశీలనలో నిజమైన మతం ధ్యానం నించే మొదలవుతుంది.
ధ్యానమంటే ఒక ఆలోచనారహిత నిశ్శబ్దస్థితి. ఏదీ ఆందోళన కలిగించని ఆ నిశ్శబ్ద స్థితి, ఏదీ ఆటంకపరచని ఆ నిర్మల స్థితి అనంత అస్తిత్వాన్ని అనుభూతి చెందుతుంది. అనంత విశ్వానికది అవగతమవుతుంది. అక్కడ అనంత విశ్వానికి అవగతం కాకుండా వుండడం అసాధ్యం. అది నమ్మకానికి సంబంధించిన సమస్య కాదు. నీకు పరవశం అనుభవ మవుతుంది. నిశ్శబ్దం అనుభవమవుతుంది. దాని సంగీతాన్ని వింటావు. ఆ సంగీతంతో నీ హృదయం ప్రార్థనతో నిండిపోతుంది. నువ్వు అస్తిత్వానికి వినమ్రుడవుతావు.

పిల్లియైననూ, కుక్కయైననూ, పులియైననూ, ఏనుగైననూ, పందియైననూ తమ పిల్లలను పెంచి పోషించు విషయమున ఈ మాతృభావమునే ప్రకటించుచున్నవి. ఆధునిక మానవులలో కొందరు మాత్రము ఈ సహజ సిద్ధమైన దేవీ సాన్నిధ్యమును కోల్పోవుచున్నారు. అందము తగ్గునని పాలివ్వని స్త్రీలు అట్టివారు. హృదయము కఠినమైనపుడు మాతృభావమునకు స్థాన ముండదు. కఠిన హృదయులగు స్త్రీలు మాతృభావమును కోల్పోవుదురు. వారికి శ్రీమాత సాన్నిధ్యము దుర్లభమగును.
శ్రీమాత సహజముగ అందించిన ఒక సాన్నిధ్య అవకాశమును కఠినత్వము వలన కోల్పోవుట దురదృష్టము. పురుషులైననూ, స్త్రీలైననూ దయ, దాక్షిణ్యము, ప్రేమ, అనురాగముల ద్వారా హృదయము మెత్తబడిన వారిగ మలచు కొనినచో అంబిక సాన్నిధ్య మిచ్చును. కఠిన హృదయులకు కష్ట నష్టములు కలిగి అటుపైన మెత్తబడుట జరుగును. పిండిని మలచినట్లు పప్పును మలచలేము.

This nāma mentions about Her creative action that comprises of iccā, jñāna and kriyā śaktī-s (desire or will, knowledge and action). There is also a saying that Śiva represents day and Śaktī represents night, basically due to Her māyā.
